Earth and Flash Probes
Options of Red probes for High or Hot potential or Yellow
probes for Cold or Earthy potential.
Constructed in a high quality and robust nylon. The high
voltage cable used on the probe is rated for use on voltage up
to 12kV a.c. or d.c. and is 2 meters in length.
The spring load steel contact tip has a diameter of 2mm and is
exposed by depressing the probe mounted plunger which will
expose the contact tip by 8mm. When released the tip retracts
into the moulding by 12mm. The cable entry is mounted below the
operator guard to direct the cable away from the operator's
hand for additional safety.
Both Earth and Flash
probes can be supplied with flying leads for connection to
suitable high voltage connectors or fitted with standard Clare
Instruments connectors. |
